Josh Washburn is a composer, sound designer, and multi-instrumentalist from Atlanta, Ga. His work combines synthesis, field recording, and world percussion with traditional orchestration and experimental techniques to create music that is both complex and emotive. 

Whether providing scores for screen and stage or with his own self-produced releases, Josh aims to broaden the scope of music and storytelling while challenging the listener to consider more profoundly, to enjoy more fully, and to feel more deeply. 

He currently lives in the woods with his partner, fine artist and illustrator Alahna Watson, and spends his time making as much noise as possible.
